The accordina.
I have one of these, but with the airway on the end with an extension tube so that it can be played in a position similar to an accordion.
A great help when the 'box' is big and heavy limiting the amount of time which can be spent on it.
I noticed that he seemed to have switched from a C griff on the accordina to a B griff on the synth.
Versatile as well as musically brilliant.
Richard Galliano is rather adept at switching modes and intruments, too, judging from the youtube videos which are posted of him playing.
