Im very guilty of being stuck in the nostalgic days when the accordion was centre stage, and everything else was just backing. 

Thought Id see what the youngsters are up to with their accordions these days  and heres what I found. 

Theres even an accordion solo in the clip. Not bad for a guy whos obviously still learning the ropes! I suppose he has to take care of the c(h)ords otherwise hed be out of his tree! 



In Lithuania accordions are so expensive that people who play them cannot afford to decorate their houses, but who cares?

In China seems the youngsters go for the old stuff.

Under the Bridges of Shanghai. Amazed they and the Japanese have so many young players interested in musette.



Now where were those Hohners actually made?

Had to look at this one twice. No Orange or Irish Republican flags in sight!
