Hello!

Picked up this little box last night on the super cheap and am just wondering what era this is from and if there is any kind of value to it in terms of the reeds.

Interesting in that it is a few buttons short of 120.

It needs a lot of work - wax is cracked, body is cracked at the bottom of the piano and is pulling away, switch mechanism is dodgy. But it is a fun stroller to play in that it is smaller sized (17") and I like the tuning, it is fairly wet. It is fixable and will be worth doing so as these sized boxes are really hard to find around here.

Thanks!

Looks good, good luck!

These 40's era Excelsior student models had robust components to begin with. Well worth the effort to refurbish.
Good luck and keep us posted on your efforts.
