Accordiola Camerano Delta identification question

Hi yall, I have been looking for info on this cool accordeon/keyboard I got recently but have not found andy and realized I may be using the wrong search terms. Does anybody know what this thing is called or any info about it? I need to repair a stuck key and was hoping to find some info online.

look up GEM an Italian firm. Also could be found under ORLA or Farfisa.

I always thought these were called "chord organs".
They appeared to have some popularity in the late 1950s-early 60s(?)?
Could be handy if your accordion's getting too heavy for you??
