Delightfully played. Pity the BBC isn't even more accordion friendly. Did anyone else see the Phil Cunningham series about accordions. Tucked away on BBC Alba in the middle of the night, a few a years ago now, an ideal candidate for a repeat on BBC 4 I would have thought.

Thanks for the info on Phil Cunningham.
Was this series titled The World Accordion to Phil ?

The 4 clips dont seem to be working anymore on the BBC website.
What was the total number of video clips? 4 or more?

There were four episodes of an hour each. The follow up was a two-part programme about bagpipes, which was also very watchable.

BBC Radio 3 features classical accordion with reasonable frequency, and without any special comment; they also play folk music quite frequently. The last weekend was folk connection themed, and Fridays In Tune had live music from Cecil Sharp house, including music & interviews with Belshazzars Feast (accordion and fiddle/oboe).
