Accordion tuner in the UK?

After a bit of searching I've found the late 1930s Settimio Soprani accordion I've been searching. I'm planning restoration - some I'll do myself but I'll definitely be leaving the tuning to an expert. I've read various posts here about bad tuners, so wondered if there was a tuner in the UK anyone would recommend?

I've heard very good things from a friend about Emilio Allodi in London, but I believe he's planning on winding down his business in the next few years so if you plan on visiting him I guess it would be best to do it sooner rather than later.

Gordon Pattullo near me in Scotland is excellent. Did a grand job on my 1981 Paolo Soprani and is very well regarded in the Scottish accordion world. As well as retuning my accordion he reattached all the valves, which needed it after 40 years.
