Accordion Tuning Tools

Hey all, I'm wanting to know which tools I need to tune an accordion.

I'm not sure what types of tools I need, if someone could point me to a website that sells tools as a set that'd be really appreciated.

I have a question about tuning and that is what scale exactly am I tuning to? How do I tell? How do I know if my accordion is diatonic or chromatic?

You don't say were you are but if in UK Charlie Marshall is an excellent and respected supplier of parts, reedwax, tools etc.
cgm musical services. he will post worldwide and he has done some you tube vids on rewaxing etc.
