Any one knowing Verde Giovanni accordions? they should be from Leinì (sometimes written with y) in the north wester part of Italy, somewhere close to Torino.

I believe Alex of Music Magic USA of Clifton NJ deals with these accordions.

How are they? Good? Comparable to Castelfidardo's ones? Better eventually? Or just the same with a different name pinned on the box? sorry for being so direct...

Ask Alex. He’s very friendly.

I know somebody who got one a couple of years ago. This guy is a performer, a teacher, a composer and arranger, a music copyist who owns a custom-built Petosa that’s getting on in years, so he had a G. Verde custom built for him. I saw and heard it being played, and it ranks up there with Bugari, Victoria, etc. I also know of another performer who uses one. The brand isn’t well-known in the US, but IMHO it should be. Definitely talk to Alex. He’s a straight shooter.
