I enjoyed Zevy's performance! The music that I have lists the composer as Giorni Belli.

It appears that the record in your picture lists the composer as S. Falco. "Giorni Belli(ssimi)" would be "Beautiful Days" in Italian.

Listening to Pietro Deiro's recording, the first thing that struck me was the speed he played it
I would hate to try to do a waltz at that speed.
Much prefer Zevy's and Breezy's renditions
