Belgrade Recommendations

I'm bored, so I'm going to Belgrade (I found a £9.90 ticket from London). If anyone on the forum has visited or has experience of the city, could you recommend me some spots to hear some music, or indulge in any other accordion related caper?

I was also wondering if instruments are cheaper there than in the UK... Are there any known dealers or shops I should visit?
