Looks like a 50/60s vintage Italian LM accordion. During that time many music schools and music shops would contract one of the hundreds of Italian accordion makers to build them kind of generic student to intermediate level instruments with a logo of their choosing. Maybe one of the knowledgeable members this forum knows this particular one’s origin, but there were so many of these small quantity custom branded instruments that it’s quite possible no one knows this particular one.
