Carlos Saura is a Spanish film maker. He has made several films on musical genres - flamenco, fado, tango , etc.
They are beautifully filmed and are visually stunning. This is the final scene from "Flamenco".
I have always been in awe at the transition from the musical performance to the dance "rehearsal" towards the end of the scene.
The flashing flowers at the beginning are not a part of the film. The person who posted the video added them. Luckily they don't go on for too long.
