Thank you so much for posting this and turning me on to these musicians. I have and at times listen to recordings of Piazzolla and nuevo tango, but what calls to me in terms of wishing to play it, are the old-school dance hall or folcolorico tango style sounds predating the tux-n-tails classicalization of the form and the later "art music" tango nuevo. Plus some of the other Argentine and Uruguyan dance forms. And now I've learned about chamame! Thanks to this post I went to Bautista Sturla's website to read his bio and got cool intel about his recordings and archival work.
