I need to obtain a lost key for an Arnaldo 4 accordion. Delicia will not reply to e-mails. It suggests that this is a company that should be avoided as they don't value their reputation and have no agents in this country. Has anyone a suggestion that might help ?

Look up a thread Hola in Spain which gives an entirely opposite opinion of Delicia.

In France, no company seems to respond to e-mails ! Important letter correspondence has to be sent registered, with a notice signed that it has been received. Otherwise they will say they have never received it. Its the culture.
Perhaps Delicia receive an inordinate number of emails ...

You could try contacting Hobgoblin Music store in Birmingham. They sell Delicias and Mark is very helpful.

Always received a prompt (2-3 working days) and fair response when communicating with Delicia; however I first called them and then we continued by email. Contact was Stanislava Koutna, she speaks english. That was a few years ago (2016), when their website was still in english and czech. Today their site is czech only, or if not so, I can't find the english or german version. Of course ymmv.
