Generally speaking most EQ settings are + or - 12db from zero to the top or bottom values, but honestly, the most important aspect is not what the values mean, but how it sounds to your ears... just tweak until things sound right for you.

It's clear about decibels, that's the gain, I asked about the range. It is not a traditional linear equalizer, but a parametric one. With it, you can remove distortion, unnecessary harmonics in a certain frequency range. Therefore, I wanted to represent it in relation to the table of the ratio of notes and frequencies. It's just that faster.

Well, considering the fact that the range of a 4X is vast (bassoon to piccolo and more), it's not so much about distortion or negative harmonics, because unless one goes very aggressive with the gain, distortion is not a factor, and harmonics are much more related to the current settings AND location where you are playing, I'd not worry about it too much and just treat it more as a method to create a more pleasant sound for your personal needs and desires.
In short, there is no one single setting that is perfect for sound, distortion or negative harmonics, but there are settings that are more pleasing to your ears than others.

I thought of using a quality mic and something like a frequency spectrum analyzer plugin. Which could be available in your DAW? But am still learning on Q settings, etc…just a thought…
I don't know what a DAW is, but I really like the Equalizer on the 8X. I assume the 4X has it. It is a 4 band EQ->Low, Mid1, Mid2, and High. The range is +/- 15 dB. Mid 1 & 2 also have adjustable Q. There is also a Volume Level adjust from 0-127.
