As always, the condition of the inner (hidden) parts is all important. re. value.
Galanti acoustic accordions were probably best in 50s/60s/70s. They turned their attention to electronic accordions (and the American market) at a time other contributors may remember better than me.
As a guess.........your accordion may be in the 1960s.

any idea how old it might be
Hi Roy, and welcome!🙂
Judging by the "waterfall " keyboard, the grille cloth fabric, and the fact the grille itself is attached with screws requiring an actual screwdriver to remove (instead of thumbscrews or spring-loaded push knobs), I would say it's from the latter 1940s.🙂
Interesting, the bellows are attached using slot screws, not bellows pins.🤔
It seems to have a three-voice musette and a total of 4 voices (banks of treble reeds) in all.
Galanti were a good, solid make in the day.
The bellows tapes at the rear are showing some wear.
All In all, an attractive instrument in a popular colour and probably with excellent sound.🙂
