Hi there

Does anyone have advice on how to remove green tarnish or patina from bellow corners? I've an old Atlantic III Special I'm looking to tidy up a bit and see what i can make of it, but I don't want to cause any damage.

Have you tried this stuff Jim? Any good?

At that price, as long as it doesn't disolve the corners buy it.

I have a jar of this in my shop and it works well (but doe's not remove rust.)

If you have rust Use Coke as in Coca cola pop that should take it off.

Years back used Coke to take rust off the old chrome bumpers on cars.. Can't do that anymore.. Why you ask? lol Well, there ain't no chrome bumpers anymore !!! {}

Green patina is copper oxydation. On iron and steel its called rust. The difference is that patina protects copper whereas rust eats iron and steel away. Copper should always be kept clean by polishing.
