Help finding Public Domain Famous accordion songs

I need to play some 30 second accordion snippets for an plan to be published interview cd and need the songs to be in Public Domain. I however, have no idea how to find out which are in the public domain. If anyone knows of any well known polka/accordian tunes that are in the Public Domain could you please list a few? I was thinking the Praha Polka, but I'm stuck.

What sort of music are you looking for PJ?
Perhaps someone on the forum would be in a position to provide the 30 seconds you need.
Would be a good challenge in any case.

Hi Glen, It is a book about Beer, so German polka or a German feel would be best... I am not the one playing the music, a friend was going to, however he can't write any original music, so requested I find some public domain tunes..

If someone here could get me three 30 second original tracks I could use I would be happy to include your name in the book and send you a book when it is complete! Email me!

Perhaps a silly question but how is a book on beer going to use 30 second sound tracks of accordion playing?
This week is not going to be possible for me to do anything, but next week I suppose I could whip out several of those without much effort.
