I accidentally found videos from Estonian diatonic building workshop.
https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLRz7C3Nn_nan2BxMoXGRLrQsex6Qf_w7x
Videos arent in right order, and maybe there are missing parts and translations!
Estonian diatoonic is called Teppo lõõts, or just lõõtspill. August Teppo was first who built these kind of instruments in Estonia, this is reason why it is called Teppo type diatonic - after first builder. Now there are some independent makers who hand build them. There is/was one manufactuter with website http://h ärmoonik.ee/?lang=en <--- copy and paste, forum doesnt handle non-ascii chars(ä) correctly.
