Perusing past discussions here of Johnny Meier and the Netherlands CBA jazz players reminds me--what became of the poster formerly going by maugein96, who gave his name in one anecdote as "Johnny Walker"? A frequent part of conversations about CBA and French accordion styles, and part of discussions in the past of Johnny Meier. Was there a kerfluffle or something that I missed?

Maugein96, a very nice guy, decided to take a voluntary hiatus from the forum some time ago and hasn't been heard of since, though some of his posts are still here.
Personally, I'm sorry he's left but c'est la vie!
hi Dingo40, thanks for posting Johnny Meijer stuff, he is one of my inspirations, for his brilliant playing and his Amsterdam personality
he knew how to be a band member and also how to shine solo.
