could anyone share any good video or web article explain the best posture opening and closing bellow?

for opening I think it is quit natural and usually play in top posture in below pitcure

but for closing, I am in doubt which of below muscle should be use from left arm. I did both below with relax shoulder, but I felt the bottom is less power-consumption but the issue is it take more consciousness to shift left arm from top posture to bottom for closing bellow.

Thanks for any advise and sorry for my poor drawing.

Yes, I do play bandoneon for years and managed to control the bellow. But just play accordion as beginner. Thanks for the video, so I guess both opening and closing bellow should be the same like the top posture I drew

Drawing shows a lot :ROFLMAO: It depends on accordion size and weight. You can open straight if its small, you need to bend some after opening straight if its bigger (72 bass and over). Because opening and bending makes harder to control the bass buttons, high-end accordionists with high-end accordions, they dont open much. You can open as much as you like for easy pieces.

Thanks for your advise. I think opening won't affect agilty of left finger playing much because of gravity nature. But closing really affect the agility of the left finger playing because the left palm is pushing. I felt closing with bending arm give me more power to close, keep the sound same volume as opening. Could you also give me some advise about closing?

Talking about accordion ( piano or chromatic button accordion).
First, you don't push bellows with the palm of the left hand, but with the heel of the left palm and the heel of the left thumb together.
Second, unlike a bandoneon, the fingers of the left hand reach around the left front corner (looking from behind) and to the front of the bass box . The fingers are now free to manipulate the bass buttons. The thumb doesn't manipulate any bass buttons.
Study the way the button board fits to the accordion: I think you have a misconception here, which confused me when looking at your pictures. I think your pictures represented a bandoneon instead of an accordion; they are arranged differently!
The bass strap lies positioned across the back of the left wrist joint, and is used to assist sucking in air through the reeds, by extending the bellows
Study the players in these (and other) videos. You'll soon get the idea!🙂
Looking at your pictures again, yes, it should be more like the top picture you drew.🙂

It seems you are new on accordion. These are problems that you think its a problem. You will get used to everything in time. They will be automatic ;)
