Thanks. I only thought of him because somebody in the FB Korg Fisa Suprema group was hoping Leon was still around to explain the instrument to him.
LOL... I liked him, just found him tooooo basic, but some people actually need that... Oh, you want to know who may know more? I *think* Michael Soloway was an aquaintence (I could be wrong, it may have been Joe Natoli, but I am pretty sure it was Michael).
Basic is good. Like Korg does with new arrangers, they have a series of videos. I think a video should be less than 5-10 minutes. Just have several of them. A good way to get the basics before buying…content is important with any video. But it must be short and down to the point of operation. I was hoping Korg would have done this already?
How many times we watched a YouTube where we were click baited and the first several minutes were just small talk? We tend to lose interest before completing the video.

Roland, as bad as their manuals are, did produce some short and to-the-point ‘how-to’ videos.

I am sure that there will be many people out there ready to make tons of videos both simple and complex for the Fisa over time.
Roxy's went out of business. Leon retired and sold his FR3. It seems that he moved on to a Yamaha organ.

No one gave me a Fisa (not that I was expecting one... LOL), but I enjoy making videos and the most viewed video on my YouTube channel is my Mild to Wild FR-8X #1 video. I have other educational videos (not related to music), that are the best educational videos anywhere, even after near 10+ years now. It's one of the things that I used to like to do a lot of years ago.
