This accordion was given to me and I don't know the age, manufacturer, or name of it. It only says made in Italy.
Any help would be appreciated.

More pictures may be handy in determining age. But my best guess is mid 50s 120 bass accordion with LM treble reeds. Most of these were well constructed but were aimed at students so quality was not comparable with instruments aimed at professionals. There were many small shops that made these and they made a lot of them back in those days. It wasn’t uncommon for the many builders to ship them to the music school or music shop without a brand name so a custom brand name could be added. With only 2 treble reeds which give limited tone options and there being a lot of these still floating around they have a limited value. The other thing is that an instrument of this age is likely in need of the soft internal parts and wax to be replaced to really make it reliable and perform as it should which can cost much more than the market value.

They can still be handy for students and people who only want the dry tones available on these and prefer lighter weight instruments. Many of these have reduced size keys for children sized fingers and can cause cramps and be frustrating for adults to play.
