Hi accordionists!

Since I left my old accordion at my home country, I am looking to buy a piano accordion for classical and jazz music, with the following parameters:

Reeds: at least 4/5 LMMH

Treble: at least 41 Keys and 11 Registers

Bass: 120 Bass Buttons, at least 5 Registers, preferably with a convertor (free bass system) but can take a non-converter model for transition

Location: USA, preferably near Wisconsin so that I can come and try

I would appreciate a lot if you have one for sale, or if you can let me know where to find one!

Welcome fellow cheesehead!!!! Have you tried Romagnoli in Chicago? 3 hours from you. Unfortunately I don’t have what you’re looking for at this point.

Madison is good for accordions. You have Brendan Loula playing forró style. I’m coming Feb 8 to see Dallas Vietty at Django Swingfest if you like Gypsy jazz.

Good luck with your search! Tom

Hey Tom thanks for the wam welcome and suggestions!

I'll definitely checkout Romagnoli next time I go to Chicago. I was too desperate to search from instrument stores, since none of the Madison instrument stores has an accordion for sale (can you believe that in state of polka??).

The Django Swingiest sounds fun! I might see you there if schedule is not full.

Hello. I have a pretty nice Regent 120 bass accordion that I'm open to selling. It's older but in excellent condition and I bought it from an accordion technician who spoke very highly of its quality. 14 registers on keyboard side plus 5 on bass side. Some photos are attached. I'm in Kenosha county, WI. The only reason I'm thinking of selling it is the weight. It's pretty heavy.
