So, I tried to resist but decided to set one tap. Supposed to snow tomorrow, been so dry, so fire should be ok. Plus I have all that junk wood to burn. Since only one tap I’ll probably make a light thin syrup. Anyway, gives me a good excuse to post Maple Sugar once again. Some day I gotta remember this tune…..
