Has anyone here ever had or is able to locate a Master Millenium Reedless accordion? Please note that this is NOT the Petosa Millenium. I saw an old Youtube demo of it from Liberty Bellows, and I believe they wanted $2400 for it at the time. It is probably sold by now.
What intrigued me about it is the power box, which seemed to have two midi outs. One was supposedly used to control another sound module or send midi to a computer. It also seemed to have a midi input; quite rare for non-Roland reedless accordions.
Another interesting feature I saw in that demo involved thet treble side of the accordion. It was set up as Treble 1 and Treble 2, each going out to a separate midi channel. Treble 1 consisted of many different accordions, and, having selected one of them, what looked like ordinary shift buttons would then select the various reed combinations within that accordion sound (a forerunner of Roland?) Treble 2 would bring in the orchestral sounds, which were probably limited as compared to what Master offers today.
I won't consider buying one now, but I do wonder how popular they were and how many might have survived.
Thanks for any input or corrections to my impressions of the accordion you may have.
