I got blank video, sound only until I viewed it in full screen for whatever reason.. then it was ok when returned to normal.

Yes, that's the one but I only get a 'still' photo in the shop, no video.
I told you computers don't like me.

Update:- The still photo lasts for about 20 seconds then we are invited to watch an ad for a further 30 secs or so followed by the wee film which runs for about 2 minutes.
