Musicnotes Web Site Problem

For years now I have been a pro member of Musicnotes and have downloaded pdfs and printed off lots of sheet music. This time however I did not notice that the music I had downloaded was described as digital music until I tried to print it off as I always have done previously. However, all I am allowed to do is "View", everything else being greyed out.
I suppose I can get around this by doing individual screen shots of each page or manually photographing each page but that would be very time consuming as there are 193 pages. ( It is the complete music of Pietro Deiro with 45 works edited by Henry Doktorski ). Also the prints would be harder to read.
Is this limitation something that others have also experienced with this web site? Is it normal for a "digital" document? Are there any other workarounds?

I downloaded the app onto my laptop and my android tablet but I would still prefer to have old fashioned paper A4 SHEETS.

I just went to Musicnotes to test out the the PDF download. It works like it always has for me. I went "My Account" and "Orders" I did a download of a previously purchased song. I got a PDF that I was able to print a Hard Copy of the sheet music just like always. I am using a PC with "Windows 10".

I ordered and down loaded sheet music a couple of days ago...no problem

I have received a reply from Music Notes which should be of interest to anyone using this site.

"Our records indicate you had purchased 'Complete Works of Guido Deiro', product number MB0000534, which is a special type of product we offer called Digital Music Books.

Due to their longer page length and agreements with publishers, Digital Music Book products cannot be printed. For further reference, please see the following Knowledge Base article: Can I print my Digital Music Book? However, once purchased, these products can be viewed in our Musicnotes apps and the Musicnotes Web App. For further reference, please see the following Knowledge Base article: How can I access my purchased Digital Music Books?

Unfortunately, optional PDF add-ons are not available for Digital Music Book products"

If I had known this I would not have purchased the music. So I will need to be cautious in the future.
