It appears to be linked to Farfisa, and Settimio Soprani, and the names "Lido," "Capri" and "Barclay." I know it's always complicated untangling the histories of 60s imports from Castelfidardo, and their branding, re-branding, and shifting ownership. I'm sure someone here can shed light on this. : )
