Wow! Red? I'm a little color blind. Now that's pretty rare looking whatever color it is. My dad's accordion was also a Scandalli, but not one that pretty!
By the way, I purchased a number of accordions I can fix so when I practice I don’t have to use my dad’s accordion. I wanted an accordion I could drag around and not worry about damaging.
The register switches indicate 3 sets of treble reeds LMH. This points to more of a student grade instrument. Value would be dependent on condition of the internal parts which can deteriorate with time (especially if stored in less than ideal environments), even if the instrument looks pristine cosmetically.
