Octave tuned accordion

Usually I have heard of accordions with low middle(s) and high treble reeds as double octave and accordions without piccolo reeds as single octave.

As said it indicates the accordion has L, M and H reed banks. The name "octave-tuned" is a bit of a misnomer because it has nothing to do with the tuning of the accordion. It's just an indication that the accordion is LMH or LMMH or LMMMH and not LMM or LMMM.

As Shakespeare wrote "A rose by any other name would smell as sweet". thanks its clear now.
