I had heard about it long ago these days I hear about it again. We are talking about a "harmonic scale" in and around Piacenza (my town). It seems that it was used long ago but has since “disappeared” I tried to search for news but the only thing I found was that there was a person (unfortunately he died recently) who had an accordion with this type of intervals. Moreover, he was the father of a friend of mine. I knew he played and was a great fan of accordion and typical folk songs. The question is, looking at the videos, since many of you are experts, would it be possible to understand at least a little bit what this scale was like?

Thank you! You have enlightened me. I know little about music theory but I read the name “harmonic scale” in a local newspaper (toilet paper:D) so it could be a "random name". Some time ago I had talked to another person, and it just occurred to me now, who instead claimed that the particularity lay in the layout of the notes on the button: C griff, B griff, Piacentina griff? I am unable to tell from the videos whether the layout of the keys falls within the two most known (C,B)
I hope I haven't confused but I'd like to understand a little more. Eventually, since there are (were) different layouts for the bass LH it could be the same for RH, or not?
