Purple Haze and a Piano Accordion Primer

Performance, then primer. None of the accordion primer will be new to anybody here, but I made it for people who really don't know much about the piano accordion. I also try to cut through some of the discussion about accordions and whether they are cool or uncool or why they went out of vogue and all that stuff that gets discussed endlessly. I'm not sure if I even care about those issues anymore. I just like our instrument for who she is, not what she was, could have been or what people think of her. Finally, the whole thing is kind of an in-joke, as there's so much talk of Rock n' Roll auguring the death of the accordion, that commercial where Hendrix picks the guitar over the accordion (because of a soda machine), and the like. Anyway, enjoy.
