Question regarding Excelsior!

Is this accordion System C, or Finnish System C?

Its make is Excelsior, and the description of the outside row of keys is in the ad.

Im posting this because I had someone inform me that this accordion was Finnish System C, which is different from the normal System C on most other accordions. I thought Excelsior was an American/Italian company, so I dont know why it would possibly have a finnish system c layout.

Im about to pull the trigger, just want to make sure!

Thank's for the response! Going to wait for one more confirmation that it is not in Finnish System C, and then pull the trigger!

Yeah, I got in touch with a local who said he could tune it if needed. When I get the accordion, I can test to see if it is in tune using a phone app?

How much does getting an accordion tuned usually cost?
