removing bass mechanism

Got a 48 bass hohner. Need to replace a pallet on the bass end. Do i simply take out the 2 screws and it lifts out or will it collapse in a heap on the floor.

You have got an easy one - It just lifts out in 2 units.
Don't force anything, especially on reassembly.

Does the white part come out along with it. and will this give me full access to the bass pallets.
