Click on the link I gave you and put in your zip code (or address) into the box that comes up and then press the orange box that says "Find Service Centers" and you will get a map that looks like the picture I am attaching. On the map, click on any of the blue location markers and it will give you the contact information for that location. It seems that if you put in just the zip code it gives, for some reason, all of the authorized service centers in the state. Just move around on the map (how to do that: put the mouse cursor on the map and hold down the left mouse button and move the mouse ) until you find the closest to your town or city. Alternatively, ON the right top corner of the map there is a white square with a bracket inside of it. Clicking it will put the map in full screen mode, a little easier to move around. If you find one close enough to your location, call to make sure they can fix that particular item. Looking at the map that comes up if I click on your link to Polk County, it looks like Winter Haven is the closest place with an authorized service center If you want to try them here is the info that came up on the map:
CARLTON MUSIC CENTER
308 AVENUE D NW
WINTER HAVEN, FL 33881
(863) 294-4216

You need an authorized Roland REPAIR CENTER, not a dealer.

Use this link again, please: https://www.roland.com/us/support/service_repair/service_centers/
If Carlton does not repair, ask them to remove themselves from the list of authorized repair centers in your area... thats false advertising. Use the link and find another close one. Be aware, they will be few and far in between. For me, I need to travel near 500 miles to the closest repair center, but 10 minutes from a local Roland dealer.

Good luck! If he needs another spare, I am sure he will reach out and ask. Last I heard he has at least 5-6... he usually kept 3-4 in the shop getting fixed and plays the ones that work.
