Roland fr4x only three dots on the display ?!?

When I turn on the harmonica with the power on button, there are only three dots on the display. The same thing happens with the battery and the original adapter.
I tried to enter the test mode, but it doesn't work.
How to solve the problem?

Fixed accordion
There were two contacts on the control and motherboard short circuit,
the cable that connects the two plates was grounded and that's why the accordion blocked
