Hi,

I saw a picture of a Sano with a 4-pin connector for their mic/pickup system on an accordion. What's the wiring on that in today's world to go to a 1/4" plug cable?

Most of the high end Sano's cam with a LCR type output jack for use with a Sano amp with the same LCR
input. Never popular as you needed a Sano amp to plug in. I've converted many of these over the years.
This process involves making a plate to cover the old jack and install a 1/4" plug. As for wiring, that 4 pin plug
has 1 wire for hot lead to the mic's. The tip of the 1/4"plug is connected to this pin. The other 3 pins are all
ground and can go to the !/4" jack ground.
The extra pins on the old jack were used to trigger effects on the old Sano amps. You only need 2 leads
to amplify the mic's.
