For anyone in or around Brussels (but I think I'm the only one) there's a Scottish ceilidh this Friday October 20th in the Maison des Ailes, Rue Montoyer 1. It's right in the centre of Brussels but parking is easy. I'll be playing accordion with a couple of fiddles, a couple of guitarists and a bodrahn. Dancing starts around 8pm.

Yes, they're having a fine time and plenty of room to avoid collisions. There's at least one quine who has been to a ceilidh on the islands. Would like to see more.

Yes its a good room - we had over a hundred at the ceilidh before this one and it was a bit crowded (and incredibly hot). Quine? How can you tell about the ceilidh in the islands?

Just look at the gusto exhibited by the quine (lass) with the grey top and black skirt. She didn't learn that by watching 'Come Dancing'.
A few like her in the room and a good ceilidh is guaranteed.
