Self assembly, IKEA style?

Now that is bloody funny! I especially like the Ikea character looking puzzled in the corner.

Just imagine all those reed blocks made of birch-veneered chipboard... Eurgch.

With my experience of self assembly products.........there's bound to be one piece missing! :x

that 'piece' is normally the imagination needed to be able to make the product from the 'wrong' instructions that are generally found in the box

That is fantastic! That's why there isn't a big Swedish accordion industry, they're all building them at home!

Note: I've seen electric guitar kit instructions like this that actually work. Accordions are expensive for a reason unfortunately, they're hard to make.

What's the bit of which there are 11 for ?

Aren't those supposed to be register switches (shifts)? I like how the bellows are complete but you are supposed to fit the metal corners yourself!

All you need now is to to find out, half-way through assembly, that the springs are from a completly different accordion kit and and spend three months on the phone trying to get them changed!
