Soprani Inc. brand?

I did a search and found a few threads that had this brand but I couldn’t find a reference that confirms if this was it’s own brand or a sub-division of another brand. My assumption is it was the student to intermediate brand for Settimio Soprani, but I don’t want to jump to conclusions.

There were many Soprani badged accordions imported here from the 30's to the 60's. Yours is a 50's vintage.
They all had pre-texed names of the Soprani family.
