A fresh and interesting take on accordion videos. This guy, "Squeeze and Thanks" recreates music videos and (kind of like Mirabelli) likes to jam to hip drum loops. I like it! See what you think....

This type of accordion video is incredibly creative and goes beyond many of the good, but staid presentations of accordion playing.
The skill to ride an electric skateboard and simultaneously hold/play an accordion, is entertaining and daring. Kudos.
(I avoid walking with my accordion just to avoid inadvertent spills):)

The recent walruses and accordion video was also entertaining.

Thanks for sharing this great clip, Tom??
Mind blowing!?
What Imschgo said!?

BTW
Click on his thumbnail ( top left hand corner) of the clip and you'll find a great deal more of his very creative stuff, including this clip on how to add more dimples to your bass buttons:

Unfortunately, there's also a clip outlining some recent life changing injury to his shoulder which has impacted on his ability to play ( he's working on it).
Thanks again, Tom, for featuring him here!??

I just read some of the comments on YouTube about this video. Most were complimenting the gentleman's videography skills, not the accordion.

Two comments caught my eye though:
Dude! Accordions are expensive your a Daredevil! Love it! DOPE AF!

Always wanted to hear In-a-Gadda-da-Vida on accordion.

Huh? Ok, I can agree on the skateboard, but not an accordion? Too electric perhaps, like a Hammond is not an organ, or ??????

My head hurts though and I woke up sleeping between 2 beanbags like a human burger...

Ah!
The "Demon drink" how it diminishes us, pickles our brains and confuses our emotions.
Mine's a Coopers Original Pale Ale, chilled but not too cold, thanks ;-)

That's actually, "In the garden of eden". According to legend, the producer needed the title to this cut for print purposes, so phoned a band member and inquired. The guy was so F'ed-up, he slurred "In the Garden of Eden" into "In-na-godda-de-vida", and the rest is history. I heard this story way back before the internet when working in the Hollywood music scene.

I was a young teenager playing drums in school band when this thing came out - it "blew our minds."

Yes the hoverboard is interesting, that's what that thing with the wheel is referred to in Canada. The accordion was well played but I agree that the best part of this performance was the videography. I would think that a big and shiny Roland Fr8x, preferably red with those great little blue lights would have added to the images in the clip. But great clip.
