It’s not a brand I recognize. It can be hit or miss identifying these as there were many Italian companies building accordion at the time this instrument was made that would sell under the builders name and then also sell generic instruments to be branded as a house brand for music shops or music schools. It’s possible someone on here could have more information on Reno branded instruments.
It looks to have at least 3 sets of treble reeds so would have been a step up from the more basic student models. It would probably be worth having a knowledgeable accordion tech check it out. They can identify what quality reeds (and number of reed sets) it has, the functional condition, and what repairs may be needed. The internal bits degrade and affect how well the instrument plays over time. I would estimate it 1950s, probably Italian made probably 3/5 reed sets.
