Titano Continental Musette

Anyone here have any experience with the Titano Continental Musette? I was looking at getting a new custom made accordion, either Petosa or Bugari, but I see this Titano Continental Musette on eBay. The reeds look immaculate, one owner claims it is in mint condition. I've perused several videos on YouTube of this model, and I'm not hearing a lot of wetness in the musette. Does anyone know were these all tuned custom or did they have a general tuning, like some have today -5/+15? 2K is very cheap for a nice PA in my opinion.

Actually I just found a clip that Petosa made of this instrument and one of the registers was extremely wet, so I guess it's possible.
