It's very wet, but not a harsh sound, so it's not bad sounding at all. I still wouldn't tune any of my instruments this way, but I can live with it. It fits the style of the music quite well.
But it's not the accordion in the picture.... Doesn't sound like a diatonic.
A bit of hunting indicates that it's Mick Foster, a PA player of course.

Totally agree TomBR. The tune is/was called 'Mary Towns' until it was re-branded as the Oslo Waltz by (probably) Tollefsen.

In my experiences I find any accordion with Musette tuning is far more popular and saleable than anything tuned dry. It certainly adds another dimension to the instrument, more so for enthnic music lovers

As always, good or bad is down to personal taste; nobody right and nobody wrong. I enjoy both wet and dry so I'm a winner whatever.
