its a two row 'diatonic' box, cant make out the makers name. Likely to be tuned C/F or maybe G/C

would the instruments sound be on a regular / piano accordion? as a reed setting or is it only melodeons / diatonics

quick question are diatonic accordions and melodeons the same thing?

the sound of the notes is fixed by the way the the reed sets are tuned in relation to one another eg MMM or MML on a 3 voice box , MM or ML on a two voice and MMML on a 4 voice. The degree of sharpness between reeds providing the same note effects whether a box is ,so called, wet or dry tuned.

All of the above applies to the reeds on piano, continental and diatonic boxes. so in theory they can be tuned to sound the same provided they have the same number of voices (sets of reeds)

Its a Dino Baffetti Latino. Has three diatonic scales on three button rows..Chromatic melodeons also exist (eg. B/C)..but if its unisonoric and chromatic we call it accordion

There are two different players here, one in a white bshirtb and waiscoat and another in a blue shirt, so I don't think you can tell who is playing what. The one in the waiscoat looks as if he's trying to blow up a car tire with all those excessive bellows movements  . I suspect it was recorded in a studio somewhere and the video was dubbed on later.
