What to do with that?

What can happen if I will continue to play on it in this condition?
well, it is likely that the 3 metal corners to the right and
the 4 to the left of the one that came off will also come off soon
unless repairs are made

i realize that you are not handy with this type of thing, but
do you have a nephew who likes to fix things or perhaps a
granddaughter who is good with crafts and glues ? we could
help inform them how to make some simple repairs for you

otherwise, ask at a music store in your area for repair help

for example, to fix the one that has come off, it can be spread
slightly (carefully) to make it easier to place it back on the cardboard,
and a careful bit of common white glue in the right place, then slide it
back on and find a way to crimp it without crushing it (once it is seated firmly)

all of the corners must be repaired.. not just the ones that are obviously loose,
usually a few taps on a handy piece of wood laid along the corner at
an angle to get then all firmly seated again, and then re-crimp them all
carefully, then fresh strips of bellows tape

Unfortunately, I don't have any brothers, sisters, or relatives.
I am only 1 child in the family.
