According to the Google information, the Baldoni family still runs the business in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Apparently, the accordions are still made outside Florence, Italy, and exported to the family business for distribution in the U.S. A member of the Baldoni family runs the company in Italy.

Thanks Colonel. It gives the appearance that they are made in a factory that also makes other brands, possible several and labels some Baldoni. Maybe parts are acquired from suppliers and assembled. Or possibly jarvo makes them in his sleep. It' s a mystery wrapped in a conundrum. Non lo so.
