Who was the manufacturer of this accordion?

Anyone recognize this brand of accordion?  I had it as a teen but sold it in the NJ/Phila area years ago.  I would love to have it back or another one like it.

What is the name on it? Lots of accordions sold in North America came from Italian makers and were re-branded.

Looks like my DaVinci (the one in my profile pic) which was made by guerrini accordion they had many names on them.
