It's great to listen and watch someone who obviously enjoying playing, and with emotion! (as opposed to the intensely seriously sometimes even a bit glum)

Marion Lamolinairie (LMJM) is a fench singer-songwriter, accordionist, youtuber. She became popular in the countries of the East thanks to her YouTube videos in which she performs Slavic Folk Songs on vocals and accordion.

That's exactly what I thought too, but the notes with the clip claim she's French!
From what I remember I believe that she did move to live in Russia in the 2010s, but I have not followed her more recent activities.

My French (language) competency is limited to about 3 years instruction, 65+ years ago, and now listening to such programmes as the French Maigret, Bruno Cremer, where a surprising amount of the dialogue is still recognisable to me.
The point being made is that, though my abilities in the language are very limited, I don't recognise the language being spoken here as being French. A member of my household is better trained in languages (University level in French, German and some Russian) and is also doubtful that the language being spoken here is French. Marion claims to be born and bred French and it's hard to understand why French would not be her first language.
N.B. There's probably some simple point that I am missing and I would be glad to find out what it is.
N.B. The french Maigret (Bruno Cremer), in my humble opinion, is streets ahead of our UK Maigret, Rupert Davies, and the programme is a fascinating insite into French police methods (albeit the late 1940's/50s) and French approach to justice.

Sorry, I should have explained she's speaking to a Russian audience, in Russian, a (second) language she's picked up to go along with her interest in playing and singing (in Russian) Russian music, and because her fan base is Russian and she often undergoes interviews on Russian media in order to explain to puzzled Russians how come a nice French girl is into Russian culture probably even more than most Russians!
Conveniently for most of us, who know neither French nor Russian, the subtitles (I don't know why) appear to be in (possibly Google translate?) English.
The whole thing reminds me of the case of Takeo Ischi, a Japanese, who in his youth developed a fancy for yodelling, abandoned Japan, moved to Bavaria and totally took up a Bavarian persona, even learning the language and marrying into the community! See here:

As a French guy, I can tell that she really seems to be a French native speaker.
She even has some South France accent (probably from Montauban where she says she is living).
You can hear her speaking in French (wjth this typical accent) from about 1:25 on the following video.
You can also hear her signing in French from about 5:10.
